Deaconess
The Deaconess Ministry assists the Pastor and the Deacons in ministering to the sick and the poor. Deaconess duties and responsibilities:
- to strive to win to Christ, the unsaved
- to care for the altar, baptismal and Communion linens
- to furnish and prepare the Communion table
- to visit, console and counsel victims of error and bereavement
- to assist in the religious training of youth and adults
- to attend all meetings of this ministry
- to be active participants in Bible Study, Sunday School and Prayer Meetings
